Jennifer Sarlin will join TLC as SVP of marketing, the network announced Thursday.
In her new role, Sarlin will oversee creative brand strategy and marketing planning for the network, reporting to Nancy Daniels, EVP and general manager of TLC.
Sarlin has been in the TV industry for more than 20 years, launching her creative agency Benzo Creative in 2007. She has worked on spots and campaigns for clients including Bravo, Oxygen, Discovery, Travel Channel, HGTV and History.
Before Benzo Creative, Sarlin was director of advertising and promotions for TLC.
“We are thrilled to be welcoming Jennifer back to the network,” said Daniels. “She loves TLC as much as I do, and having her creativity and expertise at the helm of our already great marketing team is incredibly exciting.”
