Su Constantine has been promoted to executive producer at New York City and São Paulo-based creative studio Lobo, which works in animation, design and mixed media.

First introduced to Lobo by animation director Fabiano Broki, Constantine has worked at Lobo for more than eight years. Since she’s been there, she’s worked with such brands and agencies as LG, Coca-Cola, Toyota, McDonald’s, American Lung Association, BBDO, TBWA Chiat Day, Yellow Stones, Havas and Hill Holliday, among others.

“Working at Lobo has given me the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most forward-thinking brands and clients in the industry,” said Constantine in a statement. “As executive producer, my goal is to contribute to the continued growth and success of the company by strategically expanding our client base and diversifying our portfolio.”

Prior to being promoted to executive producer, Constantine held the roles of new business/senior producer and account manager/producer. In her new role, she’ll oversee projects while mentoring and guiding Lobo’s producers.

She’ll also work closely with managing partner New York Luis Ribeiro and the leadership team on developing Lobo’s North American business.

“Su embodies all the requisite qualities I sought in an executive producer,” said Ribeiro, also in a statement. “Her adeptness at understanding and navigating our clients’ stringent deadlines is an invaluable asset to our operational efficiency. Su’s professionalism aligns seamlessly with Lobo’s overarching ideology and meticulous business processes.”

Lobo’s recent work includes a claymation sustainability campaign for LG in collaboration with TBWA/Chiat/Day, NY, an AI-charged opening for the 2023 Ciclope Festival, and a Van Gogh-esque advertising campaign for multinational software company SAP.
