Season three features four new couples working through their conflicts: a Broadway dancer and a preacher’s grandson trying to escape an endless cycle of conflict after the birth of their daughter; a couple in an open marriage where intimacy has been lost and resentment is growing; a couple with children in which the wife feels unheard and unassisted by her husband; and an older couple in a decades-long relationship who are finally facing their rifts after years of betrayal.

Couples Therapy comes from filmmakers Josh Kriegman, Elyse Steinberg and Eli Despres, all of whom executive produce. Matt Parker and Maya Seidler, who also directs, both produce. Pax Wasserman also directs. The series is produced by Edgeline Films for Showtime.
