​Design and animation studio Buster announced not one but two executive creative director promotions today strengthening its motion graphics and print, outdoor and digital divisions.

Joseph Kiely (pictured) has been named Buster‘s new executive creative director for motion graphics. He will return to his hometown of Los Angeles after spending 10 years in Boston, where he built and lead the design team at Viewpoint Creative.

Neville Burtis has been named executive creative director of BusterINK, the agency’s print, outdoor and digital division. Formerly, he co-founded the award-winning agency Art Machine, which merged with Trailer Park in 2007.
