Concrete Genie, the PlayStation 4 exclusive about a young artist whose drawings come to life, debuted its story trailer during Sony’s State of Play event earlier this week.
In the whimsical action-adventure game, you’ll play as Ash, a bullied teenager who discovers a magic paintbrush that brings his monster creations to life. They’ll guide you, help out with puzzles, and help you overcome bullies as you paint the once-desolate town of Denska to life.
Aside from learning more about the intriguing story, we get a better look at the environment that Ash is tasked with restoring, including the charming monsters that assist along the way. The trailer also confirmed that the game has experienced a delay, after originally being scheduled to debut in 2018, and will support PlayStation VR.
Concrete Genie will launch for PS4 and PSVR this fall.
