Hulu will take viewers into the world of author Stephen King in the upcoming original drama series Castle Rock. The streamer has ordered a ten-episode first season of the ongoing series.

The above trailer is packed with so-called Easter eggs, including the names of stories or characters set in Castle Rock, or references to the Maine town including Cujo, The Dark Half, IT and Needful Things, as well as novella The Body and numerous short stories such as Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption.

The psychological-horror series—a first-of-its-kind reimagining that explores the themes and worlds uniting the entire King canon— is set in the Stephen King multiverse and combines mythology and the character storytelling of King’s best-loved works, creating a saga of light and dark, played out on a few square miles of Maine woodland.

The series comes from J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions, Warner Bros. Television and executive producers/writers Sam Shaw and Dustin Thomason.

Castle Rock is set to begin production this year with no premiere date announced as of yet.
