Just as it gets ready to premiere again on NBC, Hulu is bringing Will & Grace in its entirety exclusively to its platform.

“As we gear up for the launch of the upcoming season premiere, I can’t think of a better way to reintroduce Will & Grace to the cultural zeitgeist than by giving audiences the opportunity to watch this historic and hilarious series wherever and whenever they want,” said NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt in a statement.

Hulu will exclusively be the subscription video on demand partner for the show’s original eight seasons with a total of 194 episodes. The show also will be available to stream on the NBC app and on NBC.com as well as on-demand through pay-TV providers starting Thursday, Sept. 21.

A new season of Will & Grace composed of 16 episodes and starring the original cast returns to NBC on Thursday, Sept. 28. The network already has ordered another 13-episode season of the rebooted series. The new episodes also will appear on Hulu and other platforms the day after they first air on NBC.

Will & Grace, which stars Eric McCormack and Debra Messing in the title roles, aired on NBC from 1998 to 2006. Over the course of its run, Will & Grace was nominated for 83 Emmy Awards and won 16, including outstanding comedy series.

The series also stars Sean Hayes as Jack and Megan Mullally as Karen, Will and Grace’s outrageous friends.

Both the original and new episodes of Will & Grace are written and executive produced by Max Mutchnick and David Kohan, and directed and executive produced by James Burrows.
