“Try not to cry. Try not to lose it.”

So says Jonathan Van Ness in the emotional trailer for season four of Netflix’s Queer Eye.

Van Ness, Antoni Porowski, Tan France, Karamo Brown and Bobby Berk will return to Kansas City in new episodes of the “make-better” reality series. This season’s heroes include a man who admits he’s never spoken to a gay person, a woman trapped in her look from the ‘90s, and an important reminder for viewers: “It’s never too late to start over.”

The Fab Five will also make their way to Van Ness’ alma mater, Quincy Senior High, to give his former orchestra teacher an emotional, and long-deserved, transformation.

“You’ve literally saved people’s lives,” Van Ness says. “Mine included.”

Queer Eye season four launches July 19 on Netflix.
