Esquire Network hypes its show Knife Fight as a one-of-a-kind “underground cooking competition,” so ​its latest promo takes that to a scientific level.

Using a hydraulic table, ingredients are launched into the air to promote the playfulness of the series, which returns to Esquire Network Nov. 10.
