Robert Downey Jr. recalls the mad-tinkerer genius of his Marvel Studios’ character – Tony Stark aka Iron Man – in his new unscripted series for Max, Downey’s Dream Cars.

In the series, Downey Jr. – or RDJ as he is popularly known – takes classic cars like Mustangs and Stingrays and converts them into hybrids or electric vehicles. This is a lot to take for some of the mechanics and car enthusiasts he enlists along the way, but his kids seem to get it.

Los Angeles-based Mocean helps Team Downey evoke the star’s passion for his hobbies in the above trailer, which first premiered at Warner Bros. Discovery’s upfront presentation in May.

Downey’s Dream Cars premieres June 22 on Max.
