CNN explores the impact Black culture has had on pop culture over the past several decades in its new five-part docuseries, See It Loud: The History of Black Television.

CNN initially scored the trailer with Lizzo’s pop anthem, “About Damn Time,” which lent its modern-but-retro vibe. (In the above video, the license expired so the music track is now different.) Like the song, the series explores popular Black series of the past and present, from from The Jeffersons to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air to Insecure and more.

See It Loud is executive produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter through their production company, SpringHill. The series premieres Sunday, July 9 at 9p.m. ET/PT only on CNN.
