Paris-based Mathematic Studio and its gaming division, Player II, take viewers on a fast ride in all sorts of cars through all sorts of environments in a gorgeously rendered film for Ubisoft’s “The Crew: Motorfest,” directed by Jehan Bouazza.

The film kicks off in a Lamborghini Sián speeding through the O’ahu tropics where a large track is being built – and already being christened with graffiti. It then jumps into a souped-up Honda that makes its way through a neon-lit urban landscape. Up next, vintage cars race through a surfside town before they morph into ATVs, motorcycles and pick-up trucks, forging their way through an off-road jungle. A Lotus briefly emerges to speed through the night before the viewer finds himself back on an F1 track, with Red Bull raring to go. In the end, the track that was being built at the beginning of the video is finished, and an entire automotive festival awaits.

The music – with sound designed by Montreal-based LaMajeure – adds atmosphere and verve to the video with its steel drums and bouncy beat.

“The Crew: Motorfest” comes out September 14 and is available for pre-order now.
