Trailer editor Chris Mayhew has signed exclusively at Burbank, Calif.-based global production company and content studio M3 Creative, said Andy Meyers, owner of M3 Creative on Monday.

“Chris Mayhew brings a cutting-edge style to our cutting-edge creative. At a time when agencies like ours are being asked to deliver all sorts of content—from trailers to featurettes to promos and even series—Chris is fearless, fast and the perfect addition to our amazing editorial staff,” said Meyers in a statement.

Mayhew’s experience includes cutting trailers and creating marketing materials for such movies as Justice League, Aquaman, On the Basis of Sex, Tully, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Batman Begins, The DaVinci Code, Monsters Inc. 3D, Night at the Museum: The Secret of the Tomb, The Penguins of Madagascar, Rio, Turbo, Blended, San Andreas and many more.

“Coming to M3 for me felt like divine intervention,” said Mayhew, also in a statement. “When the movie-trailer industry basically shut down, I found a house that never stops working. And I put all my skills to use.”

With more than 20 years of experience as a movie trailer and TV spot editor and marketer, Mayhew won the 2017 “Golden Fleece” Golden Trailer Award for Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. He also has won several Key Art Awards, including the 2013 Best Teaser award for Project X.
