In a typical fit of frustration, Netflix’s BoJack Horseman spilled the beans about the show’s return to one lucky fan on Twitter.

The move warranted a swift reply from Netflix in an entertaining back and forth that put the animated character’s account in jeopardy.

Voiced by Will Arnett (Flaked, Arrested Development), the failed legendary ‘90s sitcom star of the show’s Horsin’ Around has been trying to find his way through a muddle of self-loathing, whisky and failed relationships. But now in season five, in presence of his human sidekick Todd (Aaron Paul) and his feline agent and ex-paramour Princess Carolyn (Amy Sedaris), BoJack is primed for his comeback.

The series is created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg and executive produced by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Steven A. Cohen and Noel Bright. Arnett and Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad)
also serve as executive producers.

BoJack was designed by graphic artist Lisa Hanawalt and animated by Los Angeles-based ShadowMachine. The show is a Tornante Production, brought to life by Michael Eisner’s The Tornante Company.
