To promote the debut of original series As We See It, Prime Video integrated work commissioned from three autistic artists into the series’ key art.

As We See It, from executive Jason Katims (Parenthood, Friday Night Lights), tells the story of three twenty-something roommates – Jack (Rick Glassman), Harrison (Albert Rutecki) and Violet (Sue Ann Pien) – all of whom are on the autistic spectrum and face challenges navigating the world around them. The three lead actors themselves identify as being on the spectrum.

The show’s key art was created by neurotypical artist Alex Proba through her Brooklyn, N.Y. and Portland, Ore.-based Studio Proba. The campaign then incorporated work from established artist Amina Mucciolo as well as up-and-comers Sarah Davie and Sarah Dorros.

The three different versions of the key art are running on digital billboards in New York City’s Times Square at 42nd and 8th through January 23 (pictured above). In Los Angeles, they are also running in Palisades Village through January 30.

The show also is partnering with Talenthouse and its network of artists on a fan-art program that celebrates the autistic community. Artists will be able to submit art pieces that describe the world “As They See It,” for a chance at a $2,000 cash prize. Select pieces will be posted on the show’s social channels as part of a #FanArtFriday initiative.

The series also stars Sosie Bacon as the three roommates’ aide Mandy, who dreams of going to medical school, as well as Chris Pang as Violet’s brother Van, and Joe Mantegna as Jack’s father Lou.

Katims serves as showrunner, writer and executive producer, with Jeni Mulein, Danna Stern, Dana Idisis, Yuval Shafferman, and Udi Segal also executive producing. Jesse Peretz directs and executive produces the first episode. Based on an Israeli format created by Idisis and Shafferman, As We See It comes from True Jack Productions, Universal Television (a division of Universal Studio Group), Israel’s Yes Studios and Amazon Studios.

All eight episodes of As We See It drop on Prime Video on Friday, Jan. 21.
