New York City-based design and branding studio Mr Wonderful has promoted Gary Keenan to executive creative director and Frank Farella to creative director.

Keenan’s diverse body of work includes national and international network branding, TV show packaging, including sports and news, and commercial direction and design. Keenan has led campaigns for top networks, agencies and brands including NBC, CBS, ESPN, Amazon, Microsoft, Ameriprise, the UK’s Channel 4, Puma, PFL, Paramount+, Comedy Central, Showtime, HBO, The VIA Agency and TBWA, garnering awards from Promax, ICAD and several festivals along the way.

“Mr Wonderful, and the whole Northern Lights Family, is forward thinking, and values employees and clients equally,” said Keenan in a statement. “These qualities inspire me, have led to our longevity, and set us up for success in the future.”

Farella has experience in every step of the creative process from conceptual design through creative development, animation and compositing. He’s created packages and campaigns for CBS Sports, NBC Sports, ESPN, MLB Network and NHL Productions and won an Emmy for his work on Super Bowl 50.
