The NFL’s New England Patriots are arguably the most dominant sports franchise thus far of the 21st century, but the team struggled with the strong but differing views of Head Coach Bill Belichick and the team’s star quarterback and leader, Tom Brady.

In Apple TV Plus’ ten-part documentary series, The Dynasty: New England Patriots, producers interview past and present players, coaches and executives, including team owner Robert Kraft, to dissect what happened over the 20 years that the Patriots dominated the NFL, including winning the Super Bowl six times.

The series is directed by Emmy-winning Matthew Hamachek and produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard’s Imagine Documentaries. It’s based on the New York Times best-selling book by Jeff Benedict. Grazer, Howard, Benedict, Hamachek, Sara Bernstein and Justin Wilkes executive produce. Miranda Johnson-Smith, Meredith Kaulfers and Jonna McLaughlin are co-executive producers.

The Dynasty: New England Patriots debuts February 16 on Apple TV Plus.
