ike most shows, the pandemic forced AMC’s blockbuster, The Walking Dead, to shut down production, resulting in less available episodes for its 10th winter season. That said, six were still produced and AMC will debut those starting Sunday, Feb. 28 on the linear network. Subscribers to AMC’s premium streaming service, AMC+, will have early access to each episode every prior Thursday, starting Feb. 25.

As the new episodes kick off, the survivors have to pick themselves up in the wake of the destruction left by the Whisperers. It’s not easy—they are living with a lot of trauma and stress as they try to function in a world gradually being taken over by zombies.

Guest stars include Robert Patrick (Perry Mason, Terminator 2: Judgment Day); Hilarie Burton Morgan (One Tree Hill and wife of series regular Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Okea Eme-Akwari joins the series as a new co-star.

The Walking Dead is based on Robert Kirkman’s series of graphic novels published by Image Comics. It’s produced by AMC Studios and executive produced by Chief Content Officer Scott M. Gimple, Showrunner Angela Kang, Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Dave Alpert, Greg Nicotero, Joseph Incaprera and Denise Huth.
