Singer and songwriter Alicia Keys stars in ABC and ESPN’s custom opens for the five NBA games airing on Christmas day. Keys also wrote and performs the song that accompanies the opens – “December Back 2 June”—that captures both her love of Christmas and of the NBA.

“Alicia is one of the most talented musicians in the world and her contributions to our NBA Christmas coverage are making a special day feel even bigger. Collaborating with Alicia has been a true pleasure and we look forward to NBA fans experiencing this vibrant, festive content as they watch all the action,” said Tim Corrigan, vice president, production, ESPN, in a statement.

Teasers of the open began airing across ESPN platforms – including Get Up, First Take and SportsCenter – on Wednesday, December 21.

Five NBA games will be simulcast on ABC and ESPN on Christmas Day, starting at noon ET when the Philadelphia 76ers take on the New York Knicks. At 2:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Lakers face the Dallas Mavericks. At 5 p.m., it’s the Milwaukee Bucks versus the Boston Celtics. With no break for dinner, the Memphis Grizzlies play the Golden State Warriors at 8 p.m. And the day finally closes out when two Western teams – the Phoenix Suns and the Denver Nuggets – suit up at 10:30 p.m.
