She is “People” magazine’s and “Vanity Fair’s” best-dressed woman, and now Kerry Washington also is headlining a promotional partnership with ABC’s hit “Scandal” and Saks Fifth Avenue.
One day before “Scandal’s” third-season premiere on Oct. 3, Saks Fifth Avenue and Mercedes Benz will kick off the promotion with an event at the New York flagship store. The collaboration will then continue with Saks as well as online and onscreen as season 3 unfolds, drawing in both fashion-forward Saks shoppers as well as “Scandal”‘s stylish fans.
Right now, the Saks’ flagship store features window installations incorporating Washington’s character, Olivia Pope, and her style from the show. The installation was curated by Washington and Lyn Paolo, the show’s costume designer.

The campaign will continue with Saks’ fashions being used in upcoming episodes.
