Thanksgiving, produced by Complex Networks’ Seriously.TV, will air on Verizon’s go90 platform from Nov. 16-23. One episode per day will be released exclusively on the platform.

The original scripted comedy stars Chris Elliott and his daughter, Bridey, along with Amy Sedaris. The series was created by Bethany Hall and Daniel Powell, who wrote and produced with Powell directing.

“Have you ever brought your boyfriend home for Thanksgiving and realized that your family is a weird piece of performance art?” said Hall in a statement. “So have I.”

“Every year during Thanksgiving, millions of Americans search for a distraction from their families,” said Powell. “Bethany and I are proud to present a series that provides just that.”

Elizabeth Rohrbaugh executive produced the series, along with Justin Killion, Complex Network’s head of programming and development, and development executive Cory Stern. Alex Bach is producer.

The cast also includes John Reynolds (Stranger Things), Griffin Newman (The Tick), Veronica Osorio (Hail, Caesar!), Josh Ruben (CollegeHumor Originals), Josh Sharp (Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre), Moujan Zolfaghari (The Brothel), James III (Late Night with Seth Meyers) and John Cullum. Guest appearances include Chris Gethard, Todd Barry, and Miriam Tolan, among others.

Complex Networks-owned Seriously.TV is a comedy-based, multiplatform digital video channel aimed at millennials that is distributed across go90, AOL and other distribution platforms.
