Studio City, Calif.-based The Shop reached back into the baseball archives for this spot for ESPN 30 for 30’s latest documentary, Once Upon a Time in Queens, which covers all things about the scrappy 1986 New York Mets. The year marks both the team’s 25th in the league and the last time the Mets won the World Series.
The famous group included catcher Gary Carter, first baseman and MVP Keith Hernandez, pitcher Dwight Gooden and right fielder and iconic slugger Darryl Strawberry.
The spot is accompanied by a track appropriately titled “Let’s Go Mets Go.”
Once Upon a Time in Queens airs Sept. 14 and 15 on ESPN.
