Adam Zuckerman has signed with New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco-based editorial boutique Northern Lights for commercial, promo, trailer and direct-to-brand representation.

Zuckerman, also known as “Zuk,” has collaborated with such directors as Darren Aronofsky, Thibaut Grevet, Kenneth Cappello, Brett Ratner, and F. Gary Gray on campaigns for brands including The New York Times, Verizon, Alfa Romeo, Chevy, Chase, Adidas, and Puma. For his work with Aronofsky and Droga5 on New York Times campaign, “The Truth is Hard,” he won two Gold Film Craft Lions at Cannes for best editing and best campaign among other awards.

“My passion is to make the viewer feel, cutting with a fearless edge that helps push the boundaries of emotional and creative storytelling, finding the soul of a project and aligning it with the vision of the team involved,” Zuckerman said in a statement. “Now that I’m part of the Northern Lights Family, I have complete access and freedom to oversee the entire creative process from start to finish under one roof.”

Zuckerman began his career editing music videos, working under the supervision of Brian Kushner and Sean “Puffy” Combs. He went on to work on music videos from such performers as Beyonce, Jay Z, Lady Gaga, Kings of Leon, Muse, Justin Beiber, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Drake, Kanye West, and Nicki Minaj. From there, he transitioned into editing feature films, scripted shows, documentaries, live performances, interactive content, musicals, promos and commercials.

“I’m really excited that we are representing Adam. I look forward to introducing his memorable style to a whole new group of clients and producing award-winning work together,” said Northern Lights Executive Producer Robin Hall, also in a statement.

Adam is currently editing writer/director Devin Hampton’s psychological thriller Snap, a scripted anthology series scheduled to premiere on AMC Plus in late 2023.
