March is typically not TV’s strongest month, strung as it is between the two major sweeps months of February and May and traditionally serving as the dumping ground for networks to burn-off mid-season shows.

But March also features one of sports’ most popular events—the NCAA’s annual college basketball tournament, March Madness, which will be back this year after skipping last year due to the coronavirus lockdown—as well as the 63rd annual Grammy Awards. The month kicks off with a primetime special featuring Oprah Winfrey interviewing the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. All three of these major events air on broadcast network CBS.

Fox has season five of broadcast TV’s most-watched series, The Masked Singer, returning on March 10, while NBC’s Superstore concludes after six seasons on March 25. And Disney+ unveils its second Marvel series after the popular Wandavision concludes on March 5—The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, on March 18.
