Vice is tackling Megxit in its first special from its new documentary sub-brand, Vice Versa.

In Meghan Markle: Escaping the Crown, Vice talks to palace insiders and experts, including Prince William and Harry’s former butler, as well as royal correspondents about the real reasons Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have decided to step away from royal service.

“The reason that people don’t like Meghan Markle is because she is a bit black,” says one person in the trailer.

The trailer goes on to reveal that many experts believe deeply ingrained racism in the UK—among the media, the public and the monarchy—is one of the key reasons the couple decided to no longer live in the country.

“Our flagship documentary series Vice Versa will serve as a hub for compelling storytelling that shakes the status quo and awakens viewers to new ideas. We take differing points of view of well known stories and topics.” said Morgan Hertzan, executive vice president and general manager, Vice Television, in a statement. “Meghan Markle: Escaping The Crown is a prime example of a point of view you won’t hear elsewhere – we’re tackling this subject in a confrontational way to say what’s really happening.”

The special is produced by UK-based production company ITN.

Vice Versa: Meghan Markle Escaping the Crown premieres Tuesday, March 10 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Vice.
