​Ramping up its plans to make 2013 its TV content year, Twitter has turned to video tweets to feature broadcast partnerships. Twitter Amplify uses “real-time, dual-screen sponsorships” from broadcasters and sports brands.

ESPN is one of its early adopters, using it to highlight instant replays, with other sports broadcasters and leagues like the NBA following its path. Networks like BBC America, FOX and Fuse were some other early partners and new broadcasters were announced today that included A&E, Discovery, MLB.com and WWE.
