Summer television has long been a cable game, but that is a thing of the past, with June bringing big TV premiere from all corners of the content world.

Netflix, AMC, Syfy, USA and ABC Family have their drama premieres this month, but broadcast is also making its presence known.

ABC’s The Whispers premieres June 1, but later in the month comes The Astronaut’s Wives Club, a novel adaptation that has brought a lot of buzz to summer TV. CBS is back with another season of Under the Dome as well as a James Patterson adaptation of Zoo. NBC premieres the next season of its terrifying but mesmerizing series, Hannibal.

On the cable side, June finishes off on a scary note with MTV’s anticipated TV version of the horror franchise Scream.
