Bravo’s “Top Chef” franchise has done well for the cable net in seasons past, whether it be through Web properties, branded content and successfully bringing the show into fans’ homes everywhere with play-along games and its Home Edition.
Now the show has another spinoff with “Top Chef Duels,” set to debut Aug. 6, where 18 past competitors from “Top Chef” and “Top Chef Masters” battle it out through three rounds of cooking challenges. In the season finale, the top 10 chefs compete for a prize of $100,000.
The first look at the new competition series is above, hosted by chef Curtis Stone with “Top Chef” veteran Gail Simmons as a judge.
