In October, Elastic and its virtuoso creative director Patrick Clair led Daily Brief‘s list of most-viewed Hot Spots.

This month’s list is a tribute to the diversity of creativity in our industry: not one of these spots bears any resemblance to the others.

1. Elastic’s Main Titles for HBO’s ‘Westworld’

Elastic‘s opening sequence (above) to HBO’s latest epic drama does creepy justice to the show it precedes.

2. National Geographic ‘Explorer’: ‘Portraits’

National Geographic features its new host for its rebooted Explorer, Richard Bacon, really getting into his new role. Explorer debuts on Nat Geo on Monday, Nov. 14 at 10/9 p.m. ET/CT.

3. Discovery ‘Manifesto’ Tease

For this 15-second teaser for Discovery’s upcoming scripted series on the Unabomber, Manifesto, creative agency METAPhrenie played on now-famous police sketch to create an indelible impression.

4. Velocity’s ‘Bitchin’ Rides

Miami-based 2C Creative took Velocity’s automotive transformation series, Bitchin’ Rides, on a cinematic spin for the show’s season-three premiere.

5. Cine Sony

The world of movies is big. Buenos Aires, Argentina-based 2Veinte decided to turn that truth on its head and make it small in these animated channel idents for movie channel Cine Sony.
