With 13 years of experience in branding and promotion for entertainment and sports, Troika has hired Tony Kadillak as the company’s business development director.
Former director of business development at entertainment branding agency loyalkaspar, Kadillak will be responsible for developing new business and supporting the strategic growth of the company as well as working with clients to cultivate business solutions.
“Tony joins Troika at a key time in our expansion,” said Kevin Aratari, head of business development at Troika, in a statement. “He will be working with clients to surface and capitalize on business opportunities in today’s changing media landscape. His experience and relationships will be a great asset as we continue to expand.”

At loyalkaspar, Kadillak developed key relationships with brands such as NFL Network, USA, Syfy, and E!. He also worked previous stints at design agencies eyeball and Leroy+Clarkson, and began his career in tech in the San Francisco Bay Area with Ariba (now part of SAP).
“I’ve been searching for the right fit to combine my expertise in branding and media with emerging tech, and Troika became the obvious choice,” Kadillak said. “Their dominant footprint in entertainment branding, as well as strategic investments in research and data, put them at the front of the pack in thinking and services for existing and future clients.
