The truth is developing—literally—in Netflix’s trailer, by Size Matters, for season two of 13 Reasons Why.

A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay and his classmates to uncover a sickening secret, and a conspiracy to cover it up, in the next chapter of the controversial drama about

“The tapes are just the beginning,” the back of one of the photographs reads, referring to the cassette tapes Hannah Baker left behind for each person she blamed for her suicide.

Season two picks up in the aftermath of Hannah’s death and the start of the characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Yet as Liberty High prepares to go on tril, someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah’s death concealed.

In preparation for season two, Netflix has also added new resources for those needing help or support to the website 13ReasonsWhy.info, including an updated discussion guide and a discussion series—a set of videos where cast address issues in the series including bullying, sexual assault and drug abuse.
