After launching pop-up arts and culture channel Culturebox, France Télévisions and Gédéon put out a call for original idents to students across multiple design schools, providing them with online workshops along the way. The students answered with more than one hundred projects from such French schools as ESAG Penninghen, Ecole Estienne ESAIG, ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres, ENSAD / Ecole des arts décoratifs de Paris, ECV Creative schools & community, Ecole de Design /Nantes Atlantique, Gobelins and LISAA L’institut supérieur des arts appliqués.

A jury composed of Stéphen Harlé, artistic director at Culturebox and France 2; Nicolas Famery, director of creation; Lazare Bessière, artistic director; Pauline de Decker, project manager; Eglantine Guitard, producer; and Emmanuelle Lacaze, president of Gédéon selected the 22 best projects from the more than 100 submissions. The winning picks, including the names of their creators and schools, began airing on CultureBox on March 10.
