Noelle Alanis has been promoted to vice president, sales and licensing at Dallas-based production music company Stephen Arnold Music (SAM). In her new role, Alanis will oversee all sales and licensing efforts for original music, sonic branding, syndicated music packages and production music. She also will lead the studio’s national sales team, direct new business strategy and manage client relations.
Alanis has been with Stephen Arnold Music since 2010 and previously served as director of sales and licensing. Her expertise encompasses music licensing for advertising, enterprise, broadcast, digital and entertainment media. During her tenure, she has been instrumental in more than doubling the studio’s number of clients and driving revenue growth. A graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, she began her career in sales at TV station WXIN Indianapolis.
“Noelle has been a vital contributor to our success and in her almost 12 years with us,” said SAM President Stephen Arnold in a statement. “Not only does she have a vast knowledge of music production and licensing, but she deeply understands the process of working with our clients to determine their brand objectives. Noelle’s experience and expertise have contributed to the SAM legacy of being a top sonic branding agency that delivers the highest quality music and unparalleled customer service.”
Alanis views herself as a creative collaborator to broadcasters, agencies and producers: “We help our clients reach their marketing and branding goals by connecting them with the perfect sound solution,” she said, also in a statement. “Whether it’s finding the right music on a tight deadline or creating a custom sonic brand, we make the process both easy and rewarding for our clients.”
