Sony Pictures Television has named Erin Weinger vice president of social and editorial at its Creative Center, an internal agency for global branding and marketing creative. It’s also promoted Nicki Batalli and Tony Saccoccio to vice president.

In her new role, Weinger will oversee social content strategy and will focus on creativing exclusive content and storytelling experiences for consumers of SPT content around the world. Before joining SPT, Weinger was a journalist at such publications as the Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter and Vogue Australia. She has co-authored two books with Song of Style influencer Aimee Song and is currently co-authoring a beauty book with celebrity hairstylist Tracey Cunningham.

Batelli, formerly executive director of operations, has been promoted to vice president, operations, for the Creative Center. She began her career at NBCUniversal where she led the operations and systems migrations of Comcast’s networks to NBCU’s processes and platforms.

Saccoccio was promoted to vice president, production for the Creative Center, up from executive director. Saccoccio’s background includes theatrical creative advertising and content at A+E and Lifetime and account management at Troika Design Group.

Weinger, Batelli and Saccocio join Glenn Bartlett, vice president of creative, who spearheads ideation and execution of 360-degree campaigns, brands and visual identities for SPT’s various networks and programs.

All four report to Kasumi Mihori, senior vice president, brand creative.
