Sheraton Kalouria has been promoted to president and chief marketing officer of Sony Pictures Television, up from EVP and chief marketing officer. In his new role, he’ll continue to report to SPT Chairman Steve Mosko.

“Sheraton is a valued member of the SPT executive team, whose marketing expertise and strategic vision have set our business and content offering apart in the rapidly evolving television marketplace,” said Mosko in a statement.

As part of his new position, Kalouria adds oversight of consumer products licensing for SPT to his current duties of shepherding all marketing initiatives for SPT’s U.S. and international production and distribution and U.S. ad sales.

Kalouria joined SPT in 2010 as SVP of programming business development and was promoted to EVP and CMO in 2011. From 2005 to 2008, Kalouria served as president of broadcasting at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where he launched the The Martha Stewart Show into national syndication and served as executive producer on more than a dozen series and specials. Prior to that, he was NBC’s SVP of daytime.
