One of the biggest challenges of social media marketing is responding to activity in real time. Formerly known as GraphEffect, real-time social media marketing platform Shift today unveiled Media Manager, an app designed to let users quickly assess which Facebook posts or tweets are favorable to their brand, and convert those mentions into Sponsored Stories or Promoted Tweets.
Utilizing an algorithm called StoryRank, Media Manager automatically alerts marketing team members to what social activity is mentioning their brand, so they can quickly assess if it’s worth putting some money behind it.
