​Claiming to have more than 300 million users across 200 countries, UK music discovery and budding second-screen TV app Shazam is looking to further its incredible growth trajectory and prepare for an IPO with the hiring of Rich Riley. Formerly the EVP of Americas for Yahoo, its most crucial unit, Riley succeeds former Shazam CEO Andrew Fisher. He came to Yahoo after the company purchased his fledgling company Log-Me-On.com and turned it into what would become the Yahoo toolbar.
