Ryan Wyatt, YouTube’s director and global head of gaming, and Mari Takahashi, host and producer of Defy Media’s Smosh Games, will take the stage as keynote speakers at PromaxGAMES Awards 2017 in San Francisco.

Top talent also includes Erik Qualman, Forbes’ Top 25 social influencer; IN-Q, spoken-word poet, and actor and comedian Jeff Leach, who will host this year’s awards ceremony.

As the game industry’s top celebration of excellence in marketing and design, PromaxGAMES’ inaugural event takes place April 27 in San Francisco.

Takahashi will kick off the conference as the day’s emcee, followed by an address from Qualman, a best-selling author and motivational speaker who has performed in 47 countries.

Wyatt, an eSports personality who has been on the cutting edge of the live video-gaming movement, will address the details of that evolution and how that influence is being shaped. And IN-Q will inspire audiences with his words.

PromaxGAMES also announced the 2017 finalists for Marketing Team of the Year, which are 2K, Blizzard Entertainment and Square Enix; as well as the finalists for Agency of the Year, which are gnet, Liquid Advertising and Omelet.
