Global entertainment marketing association Promax on Thursday revealed the winners of the 2021 Latin America and US Hispanic Awards in a streaming awards celebration.

Companies that won gold and silver in multiple categories in the Latin American Awards competition included AMC Networks Latin America, CNN Worldwide, Globo, NBCUniversal International Networks, ViacomCBS, The Walt Disney Company Latin America, TyC Sports and WarnerMedia Latin America.

On the US Hispanic front, CNN Worldwide won two categories—Brand Image Promo Campaign and News: Election Coverage Promo/Campaign— with its animated line-drawing spots that featured a donkey and elephant gently verbally jabbing each other. The campaign, released ahead of the U.S. 2020 Presidential election, has dominated competitions for the past year.

Other winners in the US Hispanic competition were Univision, NBCUniversal’s Telemundo, Fox Deportes and TUDN Network.
