Los Angeles-based creative agency Picturemill riffs on the graphic-novel origins of Netflix’s new series Locke & Key in the above animated main-title sequence.

Locke & Key tells the story of the three Locke siblings—Tyler (Connor Jessup), Kinsey (Emilia Jones) and Bode (Jackson Robert Scott)—who find themselves living in their ancestral home with their mother, Nina, (Darby Stanchfield) after their father, Kinsey’s (Bill Heck) death.

Not long after moving in, the siblings start to find mysterious keys that open doors to other realms. The only problem is that there seems to be a demon in the house who is also hunting the keys and will stop at nothing to claim them.

The series comes from Carlton Cuse (Lost, Bates Motel) and Meredith Averill (The Haunting of Hill House) and is based on the best-selling graphic novel series by Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodríguez

All ten episodes dropped on Netflix on Feb. 7.
