Paramount Network is partnering with the USO (United Service Organizations) to honor the troops with a dedicated “Home for the Holidays” programming even tot run from Thursday, Dec. 5 through Sunday, Dec. 29.

The month-long event includes a series of interstitial interviews with recently discharged military veterans discussing their experiences in active service, what it means to be back home, the value of USO support and how much they enjoyed movies while deployed.

On Friday, Dec. 20, Paramount Network will air special Bellator and the USO Present: Salute the Troops at 10 p.m. ET/9 p.m. CT.

During the month, Paramount Network will premiere two movies new to the network: Bill Murray’s 1988 Scrooged on Thursday, Dec. 5, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and Robin Williams’ 1995 Jumanji on Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

The month also will be studded with programming stunts, including an action-movie marathon including First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II, Die Hard and Die Hard with a Vengeance on Saturday, Dec. 7; an Indiana Jones marathon on Sunday, Dec. 8, and Sunday, Dec. 22; a classic comedy movie marathon on Saturday, Dec. 21, featuring Beverly Hills Cop, Coming to America and Grown Ups. Later that evening, the network will run the best holiday-themed episodes of NBC’s sitcom The Office.

The week of December 23 through December 29 will feature the network’s “Movie Star Spectacular” stunt. Selections will include films from the Bourne franchise, John Wick franchise, Indiana Jones franchise, and Die Hard franchise, and titles such as Ghostbusters, Top Gun, Scrooged, Creed, Air Force One, Meet the Parents, Night at the Museum, Titanic and more.

Last year, Paramount Network’s “Movie Star Spectacular” drew 37 million viewers across the week.
