Page Six TV revealed a launch date of September 18 as it finalized its executive team with three new members.

The syndicated daily show from Endemol Shine North America and The New York Post, on whose famed entertainment news and gossip page the show is based, will premiere in more than 200 local markets across 98 percent of U.S. television households. The half-hour show air on Fox Television Stations in 16 markets, including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Kay O’Connell (Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe) and Michael Bachmann (Dish Nation) were added as executive producers, and Kathleen Rajsp (The View) has been named co-executive producer. They join executive producers Jesse Angelo, publisher of the New York Post, and Endemol Shine North America’s Michael Weinberg and Rob Smith.

Last summer Fox Television Stations teamed up with Endemol Shine North America to test Page Six TV in seven markets over the course of three weeks. Results revealed the show averaged a 1.0 rating/2 share weighted metered market household average, according to Nielsen Media Research.

“It’s been great to see all the different divisions at our company come together on this, “ said Frank Cicha, senior vice president of programming for Fox Television Stations. “I see it as a great blueprint for future projects.”

Vivi Zigler, president, digital, brand and audience development, Endemol Shine North America, sat down with PromaxBDA Editorial Director Paige Albiniak for a sneak peek into the marketing of the program’s rollout in The Daily Brief Podcast.

John Fugelsang hosts Page Six TV, with Bevy Smith (Fashion Queens), Variety entertainment reporter Elizabeth Wagmeister, and New York Post Page Six reporter Carlos Greer serving as insiders on the panel. Page Six Editor Emily Smith and Deputy Editor Ian Mohr will also weigh in with updates and insight on discussions, and the show will feature celebrity guests.

“We’ve assembled a great station lineup, a terrific production team and group of insiders,” said Endemol Shine North America CEO Cris Abrego, “and now we’re ready to bring Page Six TV to a national audience for the first time.”
