From the Lincoln Continental limo to the rifle used to shoot John F. Kennedy, the opening credit sequence of 11.22.63 is filled with images evoking the day of the president’s assassination.

They’re also constantly changing.

Creators of the sequence for the J.J. Abrams-produced series—where high-school teacher Jake Epping (James Franco) travels back in time in an attempt to change the events of that day—had some fun tweaking the images at the beginning of each episode. Pay particular attention to the suitcase, the clock and the doorstep of Al’s Diner.

The opening titles also feature music written by Abrams.

Based on the best-selling novel by Stephen King, the eight-part event series premiered Feb. 15 (President’s Day) on Hulu, and costars Daniel Webber, Sarah Gadon, Josh Duhamel and Cherry Jones. Executive producers are J.J. Abrams, Stephen King, Bridget Carpenter and Bryan Burk.
