Syfy kicked off spooky season in September with scary movie marathons plus the debuts of original series Chucky and SurrealEstate.

To create the campaign, Syfy called in Northern Lights to assist with design and production. Working off the theme of hosting a Halloween house party, Northern Lights produced four unique :30s to promote Syfy’s Halloween offerings.

Northern Lights imbued the spots with lots of tricky audio and video editing that ended up previewing many movies, including the now Halloween classic, Ghostbusters, as well as the Harry Potter films, Zombieland, The Mummy, Casper, Saw, Red and more.

Two of the four spots featured Syfy’s original series, including Chucky, which was spun out of the Child’s Play and Chucky horror movie franchise, and SurrealEstate. Both series debuted on October 4.
