New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco-based post-production boutique Northern Lights has added award-winning editor Stephen Berger for East Coast representation.

Berger joins from a two-year stint at Cosmo Street following a roster position at Cut and Run. His diverse experience spans commercials and films for directors like Spike Jonze, David Fincher, and Spike Lee, branded content for companies like Disney and Starbucks, and music videos for Ludacris, Bob Dylan, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and more.

Berger most recently cut Amazon’s back to school campaign, a California Milk Board campaign out of Deutsch with Terri Timely directing, and two music videos for the band The National.

“I met Stephen when he cut a multi-spot Amazon project for us out of our LA studios,” Northern Lights EP Robin Hall said in a statement. “I was struck not only by his creative vision, but also by his sense of humor, work ethic and taste in music. I’m really thrilled we’re able to continue working together.”

“I was born and raised in NYC and since moving to LA, I have always loved coming back, working and seeing friends here,” Berger added. “I’m thrilled to be partnering with the fantastic crew at Northern Lights for New York City representation.”
