​Season two of Apple TV+’s The Morning Show, starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, finds the team emerging from the wreckage of season one and trying to put everything back together. Aniston plays Alex Levy, the longtime co-host of The Morning Show at UBA, while Witherspoon plays up-and-comer Bradley Jackson, who is promoted to co-host after working as a field reporter.

Besides Aniston and Witherspoon, who also executive produce, The Morning Show also stars Steve Carell, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Bel Powley, Desean Terry, Janina Gavankar, Tom Irwin and Marcia Gay Harden. Joining the cast in season two are Greta Lee, Ruairi O’Connor, Hasan Minhaj, Holland Taylor, Tara Karsian, Valeria Golino and Julianna Margulies.

Developed by Kerry Ehrin, who serves as showrunner and is an executive producer, The Morning Show is executive produced by Michael Ellenberg through Media Res, which also serves as the studio, along with Aniston and Kristin Hahn through Echo Films; Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter through Hello Sunshine; and Mimi Leder, who also directs several episodes.

The 10-episode second season of Apple TV+’s The Morning Show returns on Friday, Sept. 17 with a new episode dropping each week.
