Nicole Weiss-Calamar has been named vice president of social for creative content studio 3AM, a division of Los Angeles-based entertainment marketing agency Wild Card Creative Group. In her new role, Weiss-Calamar will lead the social team’s client relationships, optimize the social unit’s creative and production process and oversee campaign strategy development with Wild Card’s insights team. She reports to Tara De Veaux, 3AM chief marketing officer and managing director.

“With her strong background in winning and leading both digital and integrated campaigns, Nicole will play an essential role on our 3AM team,” said DeVeaux in a statement. “I was instantly impressed with her creative passion, social expertise and her enthusiasm for worldbuilding, which is core to our belief as a company. Our team and clients will benefit from having her onboard.”

Weiss-Calamar has led digital, social and integrated ad campaigns for more than a decade. After starting in media at OMD, she moved on to pursue her passion of working on the creative side. She began her producing career at Union and moved on to such agencies as Eclipse, Midnight Oil and Ignition Creative. Some of her favorite past projects include Raya and The Last Dragon, Daredevil, Animal Kingdom, Despicable Me 3, Red Table Talk, The Grinch and Black Panther.
