Nickelodeon and Activision have signed a multi-year agreement to keep its kids-friendly games under the Activision banner.
“SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton’s Robotic Revenge” (trailer above) will be the first game under this deal, released for Microsoft, PlayStation and Nintendo systems. “Plankton’s Robotic Revenge” is a third-person puzzle and adventure game, developed by Behaviour Interactive, in which Sheldon J. Plankton and an army of robots try once again to steal the secret Krusty Krab recipe.

Brief Take: Nickelodeon continues to build on its “SpongeBob SquarePants” brand engagement with young viewers, and family-friendly gaming is one effective way to do that.
