Nickelodeon’s preschool-focused channel Nick Jr. honored Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month with this spot showing real kids celebrating their cultures and sharing their traditions with their friends and families.
Using docu-style footage of kids and their families, the channel aimed to affirm kids’ unique identities and support their mental health by helping them be proud of who they are.
Nick Jr. worked with Encino, Calif.-based agency Ringer to produce the spots, complete with candy-colored decorative graphics.
