​Aereo is now available in seven cities, and its opponents want to stop that number from expanding.

Fox Broadcasting Co., Sinclair Broadcast Group and Local TV have joined forces to file suit against Aereo, the streaming service providing broadcast signals via the Web, this time in Utah. Utah was Aereo’s first state-wide launch, going live in Salt Lake City and to more than 2 million people across Utah this summer.

The new suit was filed in a US district court in Utah and follows the same lines as previous lawsuits, accusing Aereo of copyright violation.

Barry Diller’s service has gone under fire before, with suits filed in Boston and New York. Judges in New York previously ruled that Aereo didn’t violate copyright law.
